Prudence

Hello, class! I’m Prudence (although some call me Professor Prudence). Why? I’m a 9-year-old female pug with a PhD in snuggles and a minor in snack appreciation. Don’t let my senior status fool you. I’m perky, playful, and always ready to teach “Advanced Cuddling” or “Intro to Carrots & Strawberries.”
I’m house trained, crate trained (though I’d rather be your study buddy on the couch), and I’ve mastered the doggy door like a true honors student. I’m gentle and inclusive, getting along with kids, cats, and other dogs alike.
For health, I’ll need daily prescription eye drops for life, but I’m a model student when it comes to taking them.
If you’re looking for a wise, sweet girl to share your home—and maybe a syllabus or two—I’d love to become your lifelong professor. Contact the Pug Rescue of Austin today so we can dismiss class and go home together!
