Are you ready to have your heart stolen? ‘Cause I’m quite the charmer.

Hello there. They call me Squid and no one knows for sure but best guess is that I’m 1 or 2 years old...and I’m one of the cutest little pug boys you could ever meet.

Can’t say how I got to be so awesome, but I’ve kind of got it all. My foster mom says, and I quote, that I am “playful, HILARIOUS, silly and unbelievably sweet.” I’m a top notch cuddler with humans and other dogs alike. I love kids; I’m house-trained and crate-trained; and I have no known health issues.

One thing to note, when I say I like to play I mean I like to PLAY. I have plenty of energy to burn, so I’d love a family who enjoys keeping me active with playtime, adventures, and opportunities to make new dog friends.

If there’s one habit I need to work on, it’s pulling a bit when I’m on leash. But c’mon! The world is so fun and I’m just eager to meet my next best friend, even if it’s just for a few minutes during a walk around the neighborhood. I want to meet everyone and make their day. You could call me a joy machine, really, and I just love my job!

In fact, if I had a job, I’d probably be a comedian. My foster mom says I’m the funniest, silliest guy around. I do my best to keep my foster family smiling. And did I mention that I love to cuddle? Cuddling is the best and I’m really good at it, too.

Two things I have in common with my namesake, the majestic squid, are that I’m inky (because of my gorgeous black coat, see?) and I’ll jet propel my way into your heart!
