Hi, I'm Mateo, a five year old gentleman with a sweet soul and a heart full of gratitude. Life has given me a fresh start, and now I'm ready to find the family I've been waiting for.

My foster says I'm a calm, well mannered boy who enjoys the simple things in life. I love naps, walks, car rides for a pup cup, and spending time outside. My favorite thing is stretching out in the backyard grass, lifting my head, and taking big sniffs of the fresh air. Those quiet moments make me so happy.

I'm doing really well with my potty training and have wonderful house manners. I get along great with cats and other dogs. I haven't met children yet, but I'm a gentle, easygoing guy who would be happy to meet them.

I'm a bit of a foodie when it comes to the good stuff. Wet food is my favorite, and if you're eating some tasty meat, I'll happily keep you company.
