2025 Great Pug Meetup Details
Last year’s event was a HUGE success, but we’re excited to introduce you to all of the new things this year’s event has to offer. The 2025 Great Pug Meetup will take place at Lustre Pearl South, which can hold 3x the attendance of last year’s venue. Which means, we have room for more pugs, more people, and more activities! PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR IMPORTANT PARKING INFORMATION.
50% of the shirt sales and 100% of the pug races proceeds will be donated to Pug Rescue of Austin. IMPORTANT: Scroll to the bottom of their event page to preorder your GPMU t-shirts, sign up for portraits, and pug races.
This year, the event will feature:
🏁 PUG RACES!
$10 to enter, with 100% of the proceeds donated to the Pug Rescue of Austin.
Races will be tournament style, with heats of four until an ultimate winner is decided!
The top three will receive prizes.
🐾 Dog Toy Run by Austin Subaru
A fenced-off area full of dog toys! For a $5 minimum donation to the Pug Rescue of Austin, your Pug can enter and select their favorite toy to take home!
Pre-purchase not required! Head to the Austin Subaru Dog Toy Run during the event to participate

IMPORTANT PARKING INFORMATION
The venue has about 70 parking spots but we've coordinated with a nearby church to rent their lot which can hold up to 500 cars. The only catch is that they're charging $5/car.

IMPORTANT: DO NOT PARK AT "THE MANCHAC"– THEY WILL TOW.
We also encourage folks to carpool and take rideshares! There are more than 2,000 dog owners on the RSVP list and we want to make sure we have room for everyone! 🙂
