Rex

September 21, 2016Our StoriesBy Pug Rescue of Austin

When we saw Rex on the PRA website, it was love at first sight. We have a beautiful 11 year old girl pug, Beans, and we were planning to adopt later this year after settling into married life. However, Rex compelled us to take that step a few months ahead of schedule.

We picked up Rex for his trial visit on August 29th – a Friday – and on Sunday we contacted PRA about making the adoption official.

Rex is such a funny, sweet, special boy, and we are so lucky to have him. He has, what we and others have affectionately dubbed, a little old man face; but he is a trickster, because he is so full of life and youth as a 7 year young “senior”. Rex loves to play in the house – scooting around the floor on his belly or rolling around on his back on the couch. He loves to run in the backyard, he loves walks and road trips, and he loves to please. Rex always has an endearing look of love in his eyes and is practically constantly wagging his tail with joy.

We love Rex so much and we are so happy he is a member of our little family.

Thank you PRA!!
