I’m Lily and I found my forever home!
We adopted our sweet Lily in late May 2011. When her foster mom brought her over for a trial visit, she immediately pranced into our home and made it hers. Lily is 100 pounds of Puggle personality stacked into a 16 pound body. She is the best snuggler and enjoys naps, snuggled under the covers with her humans. When Lily is not busy sunning herself on the deck in our backyard, she is occupied caring for her kitten brother, Fred. Lily has an older pug brother, Trace, and cat brother, Harley, but she has really taken Fred under her paw. They enjoy hours of playing and chasing each other around the house. Lily also helps Trace, who is blind, by making sure that he does not run into the fence on his potty breaks in the back yard. It is apparent that Lily knows she is part of the family and does her part to contribute. She also enjoys being the only girl and is very much a princess. Each night she snuggles up in her pink fleece blanket, which, of course, matches her collar, leash, and harness. Lily has been an absolutely amazing addition to our family and we enjoy all the fun she brings to our home.
Our love for Lily even inspired her dad to be an active volunteer with Pug Rescue Austin.
