Byron – Age 9
My name is Honey and I’m an approximately 7 year old, female pug!
I am very grateful for my angels at PRA. This summer I was found badly injured. From the moment that I was saved, I have been visibly appreciative for the love and care that I have received. I am SO happy to share that I have healed beautifully and you would never know by my spunk and sass that I had even been hurt!
My foster mom reports that I love running around with the other pugs in the house, and I hold my own while playing with the larger dog next door! I’m a sock thief and I’ve made a game of stealing socks and hiding them around the house!
I’ve been told that I rule the roost at my foster home, and I am very vocal about my interest in pets and snacks!
True to pug nature, I love to cuddle and lay beside my foster mom (or sometimes partly on her) while she is reading in the evenings. I haven’t been exposed to cats since joining the rescue, but I get along with all dogs, humans, and would love to live with children!
My foster mom said, “She is an absolute treat, she’s going to make a great companion for someone .” and I think she’s right!
I’m now feeling lucky to have a new life ahead of me with a kind family that I have always deserved.
