When I lost my beloved pug Cooper, I knew that when it came time for me to adopt another pup, I would again want to adopt from Pug Rescue of Austin. When I first saw a picture of puppy Dustin (now known as Bruno), I knew that he was The One. Once we finally met, he greeted me with kisses and the pug-shaped hole in my heart was filled. Bruno adapted without any problems to his new furever home. He loves to play with his multitude of toys and chew on his bone. He is beginning to learn that Mommy is not a chew toy, but we’re still working on that! He is a velcro boy and never leaves my side. We are having a blast together and his cat brother, Ponce, is beginning to warm to him. Ponce will taunt Bruno to get him to chase him, and Bruno happily complies. Thank you to PRA for making my little family complete again!
